Non Certified Programme for farmers

Description

This course is aimed at farmers who are new to using computers, smartphones and tablets and who want to use the internet to find information or services of interest with particular reference to farming.

On course completion, learners should be able to:

• Use a PC, smartphone or tablet with greater confidence
• Send and receive emails
• Have increased confidence using the AIMS website
• Perform internet searches
• Understand what farming apps and services are and how to use them
• Stay safe online

Duration

8 weeks October to December. Tuesday evenings

Entry Requirements

Individuals must be working full time, part time or self-employed.
