Customer Services Management

This course is aimed at individuals working in retail, hospitality, front office, or similar customer-facing roles. This course focuses on how to communicate efficiently and effectively with the customer. You will learn how to listen to the customer, resolve problems quickly and offer excellent customer service.

On successful completion of this course, learners should be able to:

  • Recognise the importance of the customer
  • Understand how customer service management impacts business
  • Communicate clearly and precisely
  • Deliver excellent customer service with greater confidence
  • Determine the root cause of a problem and solve it
  • Develop a customer service management strategy

14 weeks Wednesday evenings 6.30pm to 9.30pm

Entry Requirements

Individuals must be working full time, part time or self-employed.
